Yep, profoundly deaf. He doesn't speak either. So you can't really call spots. However, he says it's no different to working in, say, Japan when you can't speak Japanese. He's a 10 year vet and he can tell what people are going to do by how they position him and stuff.

He can't talk. Also nobody really knows BSL, hence why I'm going to a class to learn it. Also, Ameslan is completely different to BSL so even if there was another signer there, they still wouldn't necessarily know what each other was saying.

People like them can be inspirational. Wonder how the blind guys rope running is. I'm sure he, like many blind, would be able to know how many steps it'd take from one side or the ring to the other. So he'd probably know when to turn his back to the ropes? I don't know. Still it's amazing some people.

Cat brings worms home as gifts to you to earn it's keep? I had a FEW outside, they'd bring dead birds, squirrels and leave them for us. I like to keep any cat inside now, despite a stinky litter box.

No, he just brings them in to play with. Anyway when cats bring these "gifts", really they're warnings. They're letting you know they can kill and they're plotting to kill you too. Why do you think they knead your stomach? They're checking for weak spots.
