Happy New Year to all! Feeling much better today so I will be back with an update later on! First workout of 2013 so you know I have to go hard and set a standard for this year!

Hit legs today and some lower abs towards the end since I wasn't able to do them yesterday. Versa 1 really helped me today as I started feeling nauseous halfway through my workout. That focus I always get did not let me down and really kicked in. My body felt bad but my mind just would not let me quit. Today was also my last day on Versa 1 as I'm all out for the first bottle that I was beta testing. Now I'm waiting on my second bottle to come in. Don't know how long it will take to get here so I will be off Versa 1 for at least a week or so. Will let you guys know if I feel any difference while working out while not on Versa 1. I always like to make a final judgement on a product after I stop taking it so this should be a good experimental period.

That's exactly what I'm doing. I don't care about getting back in touch with people I went to school with. I just want more Versa 1!

Felt a lot better tonight so I definitely got back to the intensity I'm used to when I workout. I hit chest and triceps. Was my last day on Versa 1 until bottle number 2 arrives and my workout was great. I was so focused that one of the guys I always talk to in the gym was laughing at me. He said that I looked like I wanted to kill someone lol It definitely wasn't that but I had a lot of aggression and my adrenaline was pumping. My goal is to hit 170 lbs by February so let's see if that next bottle of Versa 1 gets me there. I'm quite sure it will not let me down. Be back tomorrow with another update.

Yep, that is exactly right! If I have more than people that I went to high school with on my facebook its too much. And the ones I thought were friends I delete a few every day when they make stupid comments about me being too much into fitness and dieting. Its my life style, if they don't like that about me than bye bye.

I hear you bro! I don't even go out and party no more because I gave up drinking once I really got dedicated to this lifestyle. And ever since I've lost all my "friends" because of that.

Had an early workout today and it was my first workout in about a month without my beloved Versa 1. Today was back and calves and the one difference I could feel was that I had to put more effort into the workout. I was still lifting the same weight for the same number of reps and still following the Solo HRT routine, but I feel like I had to dig deep and find that focus. With Versa 1 that focus was just there automatically and my workouts sometimes felt effortless. Can't wait for my second bottle to arrive.

my main worry is taht I will lose my gains when coming off of versa-1. Ive been doing the 45 DB curls for a year now and haven't been able to go heavier. I only do about 10 reps. And when I go to 47.5 I can only do 4-5. I even went lighter down to 40's and did 15 reps hoping a change would get my bi's stronger.

Started taking versa-1 and was able to curl the 50's for 10 reps. Gonna try the 55's tomorrow night.

Nice bro! My main advice would be not to doubt yourself and don't even think about losing your gains!

Tonight was my usual Friday workout of pull ups, pushups and dips followed by some abs. I do 10 sets total of 10 pull ups, 10 pushups, and 10 dips which equal 100 of each. Let me tell you that I felt a difference while not being on Versa 1! It could be the combo of no longer taking Versa 1 and discontinuing use of a preworkout supp for a while, but whatever it was, I felt it. I was tiring out by the 5th set whereas I was going strong until about the 8th or 9th set when I was on Versa 1. Further proof that I need Versa 1 back in my arsenal and I CAN NOT wait until my 2nd bottle arrives!

Wow...nice! Do you have a log on here? I wouldn't worry about losing your gains. I felt it gradually wear off. I had some great strength gains with it and my numbers didn't drop after discontinuing the run.
