Been dealing with what i think is a pec injury were the the chest connects to the bicep. Im guessing ego lifting as gotten me their because i was a idiot benching 3x a week heavy every day. my max was around 370ish ,now i can barely do 225 10 times for 5 sets. What can i do to still build a big chest? can doing 225 for reps on chest day still build a nice chest. feels bad man
