Most any wll do quite nicely, just make sure you are getting enough of the actual Omega 3's in it. I'd say to not take the standard dose capsules (1000 fish oil, but only 300mg omegas, 180/120 ratio), shoot for minimum 50% omega 3's, such as in Oximega mentioned above. Muscle Pharm has a good one as well

I've personally used everything from BB.Coms Platinum Series and Foundation Series and I have nothing negative at all to say about any of them and that's the truth. If someone is on a supp budget then the Foundation Series is without a doubt the way to go as they have all of your bases covered for very little money..

not all fish oil products have high epa/dha content, and id personally only trust a fish-oil that's confirmed by a 3rd party for purity

Agreed. I'd rather spend a few extra dollars on a quality fish oil.

^^^ is that a common thing with some other fish oil capsules/products? This is actually my first and only fish oil product that I've used (for the past 3 months). I haven't had anything that resembles "fish burps"

Another product you might check out that's of the highest quality is a new brand, HALEO's, omega-3 product, Aqua Red. I just received a bottle and I have to say that it looks and sounds absolutely phenomenal.

You are talking about Animal Omega which is a very high quality, high potency fish oil plus other sources of EFA's.

The fish oil in it is molecular distilled which removes all impurities.

Eggs, oats, avocado, bacon, various cooking oils, nuts, various poultry, pork, peanut butter etc etc.


People get wayyyy too much Omega 6 in most diets, the ratio is important...yes...thats why you DONT want to add more Omega 6's.

It's all about getting the right ratios in your diet/supplementation which Animal Omega covers well, in addition Animal Omega has some very beneficial EFA's like GLA which is not easy to get from diet.

Not all 6's are equal some are very beneficial like GLA (think hormones like prostaglandins). You can't lump all 6's together in the same category.

Most of the cheaper fish oils are a 18/12:
EG:
Fish Oil = 1000mg
-EPA = 180mg
-DHA = 120mg

I rather spend the extra $$ for a quality 40/20 ... Omega Oil from Fusion is good.
