Got together all my before after progress, let me know what you think. How much muscle is considered correct after our First Year of working out.
I haven't bulked up much, based on that lemi know
I weigh 120 lbs now (Nov 2012). Was 106 lbs September 2011.

Awwwww yeah 5'5 like a boss, Props bro. Looking great. In my OP there is no "bad" split for a week bro. Everyone's body reacts in different ways to different methods of training. I personally train 6 days a week for 3-4 hours a day. Most call that over training, i love every second of it and keep pushing harder. Alot of times when someone isnt having the proper chest development they try working chest twice a week. If you wan't to give it a shot then go for it bro, just listen to your body if you do happen to over train. 5'3 All the way Brah :P
