inafter Hanh! FUAA lol i still am. im going to try to do alot of homework these next months before i start my contest prep in late january. wil try my hardest to wing it without a coach. kinda need to keeo an eye out on my money because of college and stuff taking a wintersemester class.

ha i actually had a shaved head for a VERY long time. basically from 5th grade till about last couple years so a good 9 years or so i always kept it shaved near bald. ive just decided to grow it out a little. hair in pics look like **** cuz i was either in process of growing it out to its current status or pics were taken after workouts so it was ugly as fk lol

ive never really paid too much attention to numbers. but ive maxed out on deadlift 285. squats ive maxed out at 305. bench 180. ohp i just started couple weeks ago i maxed out at 145. weak as fuk but i guess all that matters is how i look on stage. my upperbody has always been a weak point my brother took all those genetics but at least i got the good lower body genes ha. started a new routine to focus on those lifts specifically actually last week so im trying to get stronger especially in deadlift and bench

lol im not cambodian. you mightve been confused. my father and my mother were born in China. my dad was RAISED in Cambodia while my mom was raised in Vietnam. they came here to escape persecution. and no I dont really even eat Chinese food anymore. Im usually eating on my own cooking my own food but there are times my mom will cook me Salmon. my parents are very westernized i would say.
im not gonna post my complete diet alot of typing. but here are the basics:
protein:
-beef/egg protein powder mix
-whole eggs(raw and soft boiled)
-ground beef(extra lean and ground sirloin)
-sometimes chicken and turkey sausage cycled here and there
-salmon
veggies:
asparagus
mushrooms
broccoli
spinach
cook everything in coconut oil. will occasionally use my garlic olive oil and/or butter w/olive oil.
pretty much the basics. my carb of choice would have to be oatmeal.
