Quick update ladies and gents!
Progress has been steady these past 2 weeks, I am getting leaner! cant wait to meet with my coach in a week and do a re assesment and also start posing practice back up again because my coach has been in mexico that bastard!
On a side note, before he left me and my dad went over to his house and loaded up his old posing mirrors that he gifted me (thank you very much Craig!!!!!!!) and got them back to my basement where I built up blocks and stands and secured them against the wall! They look awesome even though theres not a ton of room I can finally pose at home!
Training has been very good, im fighting to keep my strength up but really re evaluating my form and I feel I once again improved my squating form a touch. Its funny how you think you have dialed it in perfectly and are doing it all right and you make a small adjustment that seems to make a world of difference. Always striving to improve! No matter what!!
Instead of taking shaky progress photos of myself I asked a gym buddy who is also doing the same show to take a few pics, here we go!!!
Although Posing routines are not judged i still plan to put on a show for my supporters and anyone in the crowd!!!
