Glad I could help brah, I was 150lbs 3 years ago and sick of being so skinny.
My usual routine is as follows; it changes up a lot but currently its just the regular
Mon - chest/tri (dumbbell)
Tues - back/bi (DL 1 rep PR every other week)
Weds - shoulder/tri
Thurs - legs
Fri - chest (barbell 1 rep PR every third week)
I do abs maybe twice a week on different days, whenever I'm feeling up to it because I kill them pretty hard.
Some weeks I try a chest/back - shoulder/arm split
