    Most Embarassing Gym Moment

    I'll go first and will rep for solid embarrassing stories.

    -First day in new gym after switching gyms
    -Decide to bench press
    -Succeed
    -Racking weights and decide to unload one side all the way first
    -When all weight is off my side of the bar it shoots up (expecting that ya?)
    -tip of bar hits me in face and breaks nose
    -Loud crashing noise and blood everywhere
    -Hot personal trainer is the one who makes sure I'm ok
    -Big guys laughing

    Okay there was this time last summer when i decided to bench press one plate (well i couldnot its just my ego said i must do so i did) any way i give my first rep and by the second one my arms fail me i try to push it up but dont work and my head turns red badly suddenly a guy sees me and runs to help me and iwas so embarssid

    First time actually running on the treadmill.

    Had the speed at around 8.

    Clicked the stop button, didnt realize the treadmill takes a while to stop. Planted feet on treadmill as though to stand.

    Was doing upright rows the other day and forgot to put the barbell clips on and the plates fell off! But the worst part is one of them landed on a guys toes...

    Back last summer when I was a ridiculously ripped, weak as fuk 140 lber, I hit up the gym and lots of people were mirin how lean I was and asking for advice and just generally mirin. I went to bench 135, failed after like 4 reps, and a big guy had to come help me and then scolded me for lifting too heavy.
    Bench Press - 225x18 // 275x8 // 330x1
    Squat - 385x7 // 445x1
    Overhead Press - 135x20 // 225x1
    Deadlift - 385x11

    Bodyweight OHP for reps!

    When I was doing close grip bench and my triceps failed me after doing a pretty hard workout. I was only benching 25's at the time and I had to get this big ass dude help me get the bar off my chest lol. He was pretty cool about it though.
    I'm an angry person, I have anger problems, I take it out on the weights.

    First day in the gym when I was around 14 years old I stuck 185 on the bench and failed hard. Had to do the roll of shame my first ever time benching. Stopped lifting not long after because I had no idea what I was doing.

    Squated at a comercial gym with a squat suit on, put 500 on the bar, did a set of 3, looked around and everyone was staring at me, though ok maybe they link its alot of weight, look in the mirror and my face is covered in blood, two guys from the gym decided that i was going to die so they called an ambulance, ambulance came and said it was just from the pressure, and i got a fine for wasting their time, and i didnt even want them to come

    While unloading the plates after I benchpress didn't know the technique remove 1 plate without adjusting the bar first another plate drop on the floor and injured the gym owner all was staring

    put the weights on one side then for some reason i decided to bench press......then realiseing there isnt any weights on the other side of the bar lolz, it was ok though, no one saw

    This morning, chick getting personal trained next to me - I'm doing DB chest press with my ear phones in, get stuck at bottom of movement at rep 9, this is fine. However I try to squeeze out one last rep - let out enourmous fart. Have headphones so pretend like nothing else happened.

    Avoid eye contact for rest of session.

    Hot girl came into the gym with her dad so I wanted to impress her by benching more than I could at the time. She was watching me struggle and then my arms finally gave out and the bar was just sitting on my chest and I couldn't let the plates fall off because of the clamps. So I was just lying there and I looked at her for help because she was the only one who noticed and she just shrugged her shoulders and shook her head no. So I was laying there a good minute or so before some guy came running to my rescue putting me on blast saying "wow man how long were you stuck there? no one wanted to help you?"

    There was another time where I was playing with a 20 lb. medicine ball and threw it at my friend and he dodged it and it hit this old man in the face doing crunches on the ground and everyone looked at me like I was the worst piece of sh*t to ever exist. Which I was. lol

    Thought of another. This happens every fuarkin time I decide to do a drop set.

    >start drop set with 100 lb dumbbells incline bench
    >get 7 reps and drop down to 65s
    >get 7 reps and drop down to 30s
    >bangin girl walks in at this point and sees me moanin and struggling with the 30s
    >go cry in bathroom
    Bench Press - 225x18 // 275x8 // 330x1
    Squat - 385x7 // 445x1
    Overhead Press - 135x20 // 225x1
    Deadlift - 385x11

    Bodyweight OHP for reps!
