Glad I found this thread. What a great deal (the 2 for 1). I have used oxyelite pro twice in the past with good results. I am anxious to see how my body responds to the new formula.
My goals for 2013 are to reduce my overall body fat percentage to about 10%, while at least maintaining my strength through a balanced diet and consistent training. Regarding my diet, I will need to really make an effort in consuming more vegetables. I have already greatly reduced my fast food intake since the second half of 2012 and feel the difference. My training has always been consistent, but I never really been big in doing cardio. Cardio is part of the military way of life and I need to make more of an effort in this area as well. Lastly, I have finally recovered from my shoulder surgery this year and look forward to competing in powerlifting competitions again during the upcoming new year.

For your first comp, you will learn a lot of how your body reacts to different diets and things like that. Its the 2nd one you do that you fine tune and know what works for you and what doesn't. You can hire a coach (diet, posing, training) and the good thing about having a coach is there is someone there to tell you what to do. The web has so much info that its crazy information overload. And the fact that you're low-carbing and stuff, you aren't thinking right either due to the chemical changes in your mind and body. So to have someone tell you what to do is good for 1st timers. For me personally, I know now what works and what doesnt and I wrote everything down so I don't forget what I did and when I did it. So im not going to hire a trainer. But make sure you train legs. A lot of noobs on stage lack in that area. Everyone has a good upper body, but lack legs.

Ok guys...it's time to switch gears....ROUND #2!!!
This promo has been extended an ADDITIONAL DAY! This means that we still have 3 more winners to pick on the 6th, 7th, and 8th of December BUT we have a new question for you. From here on out I will only be selecting winners from the entries in response to round #2. That means if you've already entered round 1 you can still enter round 2 as well! If you already won in round #1 you may add your entry if you like but you will not be chosen to win again.
Round #2 question:
Talk to us about 2012. What goals did you set? What did you do to achieve those goals? Did you achieve them, fall short, or go further? Why? How did this effect your goals and outlook for 2013?USPlabs | Ultra-Premium Sports Supplements | Product Educator

One of my main goals was to break 170 lbs which I did and am sitting at 171 at the same bf%. Also, I struggled with the 95 lb dumbbells and always wanted to go above 100 and after lots of food and specific training I am now repping the 105s on incline db bench 5 sets 6 reps each! Feels really good to be able to do that at my size!!! 5'7" 171 hehe
My goal by the near end of 2013 will be to rep the 120s or maybe the 130sDedicated

my goals for 2012 was to get down to 200lbs again i started off the year at 272 and i am currently 227, i fell short by 27lbs
but i am still proud of myself for losing 45lbs for this past year and this is the lowest i have been since 2008. to reach these goals
i joined a gym again, turned around my lifestyle stopped drinking and smoking in july(which i am very proud of) and also changed my whole
diet around..i also started playing basketball competitively again for the first time in about 8 years. i know i didnt achieve my goal of hitting 200 but i know i put my all into it and trued my best to hit that goal and i wasent that far off. this changed my goals for 2013 i really didnt believe in myself to get this far so now i know what i have to do and how hard i have to work to achieve my goal of 2013 which is finally hitting 200 lowering my body fat % and leaning out and start gaining muscle and i cant wait to complete my journey next yearMuscleTech Supporter

2012 flew by in a blink of an eye. My main goal was to fully recover from my second shoulder surgery (first surgery on other shoulder). As of about two months ago, I did just that. Now I am virtually pain-free and can push myself to the max and resume my competitive powerlifting goals. I have done around 8 sanctioned meets, and look forward to continuing this again. I have a very positive outlook for 2013, and also have high expectations. My goals were answered in question #1, but to reiterate: improve diet by consuming a more balanced intake, specifically more vegetables; to increase my cardiovasular ability through running and swimming, which is a vital component to the military lifestyle; to deadlift 585 lbs and bench 365 lbs raw.

My answer doesn't really change much from my first one :P 2012 was the best year I can remember. I lost around 100 pounds in 2012. I more then achieved my goal. I had hopes of being able to get my weight under 150 lbs. I obliterated that goal, and am now 115 lbs. I became addicted to exercise, the feeling of working hard and seeing results is a feeling that words can't even explain. Having that goal for 2012 made me realize how much I can accomplish when I put my mind to something. It makes me look forward to accomplishing my goals of 2013. The fact that I lost the weight also gives me so much hope for my future, I can do so much more now, have so much energy and overall just feel so hopeful for the future!
Good luck everyone!

2012 has been a crazy year. As far as goals go in 2012, I almost hit my goal of being under 200lbs(which was a miss by 2lbs). The positive thing about it was that I lost almost 30lbs overall which was great! I worked hard in the gym and cleaned up my diet alot. In all honesty, I was pretty burnt out after cutting the weight. I really sat down and thought about what I really want to do and accomplish overall. Did I want to continue cutting and not be fully pumped about getting in the gym.....or did I want to change things to get that fire back? I reached my goal last year of hitting a 350lb bench easy and realized that I love putting on size and strength while keeping my bodyweight within a reasonable area. So with that realization, Im still eating clean but more calories and I sparked a new fire by simplifying my training and enjoying what I do. New goal for next year is to hit a 400lb bench and Im going for a 355lb PR next week. I believe that sometimes we need to take a step back and look at the whole picture and understand what we really want and what makes us happy. It makes the blood, sweat, and pain all worth it! Mahalo for this opportunity and
For those that love to train!

For 2012 my goal was to reach 360lb bench press sets which I did not achieve. I fell short at max sets of 310lb partially because I found I have a left wrist bone issue and not having a spotter to really push things to the max. This changed my goal for next year because I need a serious cut after packing on a couple of pounds after starting a new job and before going back to adding weight to my sets.

Round#2
After my son was born in Oct. 2011 I realized I needed to make some changes in my life if I wanted to be around to watch him grow up. On January 1st 2012 I stopped using smokeless tobacco for the first time in 23 years. December 31st will be one year without it and I am very proud of that. I also got back in the gym in 2012 after 7 years of being lazy and getting fat. These things may not seem like a lot to some people but they have made a huge impact in my life and have laid the groundwork for my goals for 2013. I am looking forward to 2013 being an even better year where I can reach my goal of losing bodyfat and gaining more muscle and hopefully be 200 lbs by my 40th birthday in July.

Round 2.
My goals for 2012 were met. I started working out again at the end of December. It was tough, but I never once thought about quitting. I set goals like being able to see my abs (Met goal), Squatting over 400 pounds (Met, 405 twice), being able to rep 225 (Met, did it 5 times). One of my biggest goals was to gain strength even while cutting, which I absolutely did. My strength has been climbing as my body fat has been falling. It is funny because I said I wanted to squat over 400 as a goal for 2013, and I surpassed it. This has changed my goals for next year. I would like to squat 500 by the end of next year. I would also like to compete in a tough mudder type competition.IT'S ALL ABOUT THE []___[]

Due to multiple injuries, a stressful move and new job, kids going to college, etc...I had been unable to compete in almost 3 yrs. Fall of 2012 I accomplished many thugs that had been placed on the back burner, for me, most notable, I benched 50 reps at 60% of my body weight in competition to achieve a perfect score. This has taken me 6 years to accomplish, placed 3d OA in the competition. 2012 looks to be an even better year!To strive for strength of Mind, Body & Spirit and share these strengths through Inspiration, Perspiration & Motivation.
