    Cut or Bulk?

    I'm bulking right now and doing 15 mins of cardio 3 times a week.

    I can't get rid of my love handles... should I keep on bulking or just cut more?

    Bulking=more fat cutting=losing fat. I say keep bulking until mid march then cut hard.

    If you're having a hard time losing your love handles now.. imagine how hard it will be to lose it when you bulk because you will gain even more fat.

    15 mins 3 times a week isn't going to cut it for cardio. Increase your intensity and time every week for cardio. Work on your diet and you will see results a lot faster.

    This is my first post. I hope its meaningful. Judging by your pics I think you should go on a year long clean/lean bulk.
