    possible to be aesthetic by april?

    hey guys, im currently bulking and have gained around 10 lbs. at 167lb now, 5'10 im wondering if after my bulk and then cut , by april 2013 is it a possibility to be aesthetic? tips on how to do it?
    last picture is my side view, i look fat from the front..really annoying
    if you guys think i should keep bulking, when should i start my cut?

    nahh, your bodyfats too high. In 4 months you could either cut to a respectable body fat and be small, or bulked up slightly and be the same BF. Either way it's too short of a timeframe to really look that good.

    questions: How long did it take you to gain 10 lbs? Because in your avatar you are quite lean but you are fat in those pics.

    im not really that "fat" im just bloated from eating, had most of cals already today. i took my avatar like 5 days ago

    what do you mean by "aesthetic"? low body fat and some muscularity? To be quite honest it's going to take at least a year or two with intense training and strict diet to build a good foundation unless you have some crazy ass genetics, it's hard work.

    Depending on how long you've been lifting for.. if you've been lifting over a year i'd say cut now to 9-10%. If you're a beginner then just bulk/recomp

    pictures are my weakness lol. i have pretty decent lifts, been bulking for 2 months. im super dedicated and my lower stomach makes my body look bad, if i had a flat lower stomach i'd look pretty good.
    i mean, to have decent muscle mass and be cut. not to be a bodybuilder obviously but to look like im pretty solid

    So your've put on 10lbs (4-5kgs?) in two months and now you want to cut? Keep bulking like some above have posted, been bulking for like 1.5 years, gone from 72 to 105kgs (profile pic, carrying bit of fat) and now im gonna try cutting down to mid low 90s. Be patient, gain more muscle mass, aesthetics will be acquired soon.jpg

    55lbs in a cut? how long was that for? sounds either a bit overkill or you were holding alot of body fat der, probably would have lost a couple of kilos of lean muscle mass their I reckon, was the diet on tick and precise?

    i used to be 210 fat never lifted. then i dropped around 55 lbs and weighed 145-150... gained 6lbs then started bulking.

    oh alright well, there was no rush for me to cut. the factor is if i can gain enough mass before getting too fat. if im cutting from feb to april/may thats fine. as long as im good by summer. i dropped like 30lbs in 2 months on my cut from 210
