Ever since I was around 8 years old (im now 19) I've been addicted to candy, i stopped for a few months before summer of this year, but its been getting worse, like last night I ate a whole chocolate bar, a whole king size kit kat and half a bag of m&ms, plus some skittles.. it was terrible, I got heartburn and felt like ****, but I couldn't control it, it was weird... I need to stop now because i remember being like 10 and i would eat 3 candy bars a day... it was disgusting, Im not fat or anything, I mean im 180 lbs and I play basketball about 3 times a week, do pushups and a lot of leg workouts. But I feel like by eating all these unhealthy foods im defeating the purpose of working out and being healthy, I need to substitute candy for fruit.. Its gotten to the point where im wasting like 15 bucks a week on candy and Its like crack, as much of a joke as this may sound like Its completely real lol.. i need some help with this.. suggestions?
