So basically, I've been eating lean from June/July and made all kinds of lean gains in last 5 months, but I'm still not sure about my fat body percentage.
Pictures are from 25th october, so I'm a little bit leaner now and bigger, but I will post progress pictures in 2-3 months. I'm 17 years old, next year I will be 18.
Pictures aren't really that good, I will post better pictures once I have time. And no, I didn't not take photos after my workout, they were taken before it (believe it or not, I've been told that before).
Backstory: I've trained from 14 year, been training kickbox for past 2.5 years and jiu jitsu for 1 year. However, I took break for 1-2 months from it now, because I had no money to buy new gear and the old one went into trash.
I just recently started doing deadlifts and squats (1 month ago), before that I kind of went into gym just for 'the pump' and to feel better. I wasn't really that smart at what I was doing, but I made a lot of gains. Oh yeah and I'm 181 cm / 77kg.
Basically, my stats are:
Deadlift 10x70kg (haven't tried 1 rep max yet, since I've been doing them for only 1 month and don't want to **** up my back)
Edit: Will post legs once I have more time to take more photos, probably next week, but full progress is going to be posted in next few months as I said already.
