    which one hard choice

    so ive always been about pro-complex gainer but am widening my horizons! i am now looking between up your mass and also quickmass loaded. question is which one. up your mass seems good because of carb source but then it has a ton of cheap protein like soy and whey concentrate. but then quick mass has good protein but again it has a bunch of different maltodextrins, are these "High Molecular Weight Polymerized Maltodextrin" sources any better than standard maltodextrin or is it going to be the same cheap carb. ahhhh what to do!!!

    i would love to make my own but between school 30 hours a week, work 40 hours a week, and lifting 4 times a week i don't always have the time to make things and or eat so i need an alternative, need my macros somehow lol.

    ok seriously i didnt ask how long it takes you to make your shake. i asked which gainer i should buy. im not making my own hence the thread being here so which one would you buy over the other.

    I used to work about 70 hours a week counting my commute time so I know how it is. I used to make my own the night before but in terms of meeting your macros I found that IF helped a lot but if you don't want to do that I guess just use whatever you believe the lesser of two evils to be.

    buy whichever is better for your wallet and which tastes better. i cant say cause i dont buy gainers but im sure there is plenty of reviews to help you decide. or maybe you could find some r eps to send u samples
