    3 months of training.

    Hi I started training in the end of August . I was 62 kg and now i`m 69-70 . Could you tell me my BF %? Rate my progress

    1 and 2 pictures are made on the day i started training and IMG391 and IMG426 are made after 3 months .




    I train legs but i have no picture now ! !

    I would like to ask you : Can I achive the body of Lenny Kravitz ( for example) by the summer ? There are 6-7 months ?

    I trained 4 times a week -

    Day1 Back,Triceps
    Day 2 Legs
    Day 3 Chest,Biceps
    Day 4 Shoulders and Abs

    But now i started "Starting Strenght" . I will do it for 3 months .
