You are retarded. I can eat 3k calories at once or 3k calories over an entire day and it will not have any impact on my physique. The only advantage to not spiking your carbs often is is a lower chance of diabetes. FYI glycemic index is useless, and no if you spike your insulin it does not store carbs as fat. You will not store fat from eating a chocolate bar you are brainwashed.

Doing 500 crunches every single day for a month will get me a six pack.

I take 10g of glutamine supplements daily because it helps with recovery.
I take tribulus because it helps build muscle mass, helps with recovery, and helps me sleep better.
If I do high reps and high volume for a certain body part, the fat will disappear quicker for that body part.
I can only eat simple carbs before a workout because they provide me with energy during my workout, and I have to eat simple carbs after my workout so that the nutrients are quickly absorbed and utilized. 3 hours later I will eat complex carbs, and I also eat complex carbs 4-6 hours before a workout so that I use that energy during my workout.

Gotta be this. I've been eating whatever the fukk I want for a few weeks now and have gained very minimal fat while strength is going way up. 2 4 piece nuggets and 2 Mcdoubles for protons after workout all the time.
