I went to the Family Dollar this afternoon to buy toilet paper and some toothpaste. I ended up with a whole basket full of crap! Pushing 50 bucks worth. I purchased some Tostitos brand Creamy Spinach Dip and a 2 dollar bag of corn tortilla chips. Good grief! That stuff is delicious. I sat and ate practically the whole jar. Once you start eating it, it's hard to stop! I got to thinking, grilled steak/medium rare, with a little of that creamy spinach dip for a condiment...absolutely out of this world!
Super Bowl chow-hounds...heads up! Tostitos brand Spinach Dip!!!! Good Lord, it's almost sinful.

Im gonna have to try this... But I will use my moms home made spinach dip. MY GOD that stuff is amazing. Ive tried over and over again to replicate it but it is a no go. Ive shadowed her while she makes it and it STILL isn't the same. I guess it takes a mothers touch sometimes.
Good tip!
Try your next ribeye with a scoop of blue cheese melted on top.... Un Effing real!!!!Its supposed to hurt, its an ass kickin!

I always do that. I go to the dollar store for one or two things and I walk out w/all kinds of stuff. A lot of times I even forget to get what I originally wanted lol.
The soap and deoderant are a real steal. You get three bars for a buck as opposed to the supermarket.. For the same brand, one bar is around two bucks. Kitchen supplies are awesome too.. can openers, whisks, wooden spoons, plates, cups, tupperware.. I wouldn't recommend the big kitchen knives though.. they're dull and thin.. (like my ex-wife ba dum tisssss)Sept of Baelor was an inside job. Wildfire can't melt stone masonry.

No I haven't but ill have to try it!
Speaking of dips and such, I am a Chevys salsa fiend. I found a recipe online for it and omg the batch I made turned out exactly like it except I Made mine a bit hotter by using more jalapeño seeds. It was awesome-my daughter and I put it on everything. The only drawback is roasting all the veggies over an open flame so it took awhile doing it over our gas stove burners - but sooooo so worth it!A successful woman is one who can build a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at her

LOL I'm getting cheap in my old age. I buy all of my paper goods, dish/laundry detergent, disinfectant sprays, soap, shampoo, personal items, at the Family Dollar. When I was young, didn't have two nickles to rub together, I'd spend 65 bucks for a bottle of men's cologne. Ha ha, I get the knock-off Jean Paul Gaultier for 3 dollars! I get lots of compliments on that cologne. LOL
And fresh avocado sliced in soups is absolutely delicious!paolo59

good grief, I would VOMIT if I tried to put any type of dip in my mouth! LOL....
I have an aversion to most of those things......as a "super taster" ( google it ), I eat all of my food totally condiment free...
what seems bland to most people, to me, is bursting with flavor......
less to buy, less calories, etc...makes life easier
( some might say BORING, lol )Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,
while in complete control of the exercise.
