Its called an assembly line, every post is identical matte black and they have a warehouse. So not much to that.
Freight is cheap too.
That's what I said?

They might be a little longer to ship, but they both seem to love being cheaper than Rogue.
I will agreed to an extent. Especially for accessories, bars, etc. From what I hear they will go out of their way to help make custom things as well.
You could also throw Texas Strength Systems in with those.
My post was referring more to the larger companies (Legened, Elite, etc). And no one will touch their shipping time AND cost (at least that I'm aware of)
No, I can't think of another company that has the identical business model and feature list as Rogue. I'm I not allowed to prefer other features that Rogue does not have? Perhaps some would like to sacrifice the speed of shipping for a rack without Westside spacing (because its annoying.. Yeah. I said it)
No one piece of equipment/rack has to suit everyone, different strokes for different folks. My point was it is hard to beat Rogue as a total Package IMO

I agree, which I why I bought an R3 myself. I just suspect based on recent photos and product releases that they are moving further away making "things" to making parts that make things. There is a difference.

That is very true. If you watch some of their YouTube videos they talk about how they've made x from y parts

I don't know if you are still referring to the bigger companies, but as BWTG now seems to have things in stock instead of building everything as it is ordered, my understanding is that he will have it out the door same or next day.

It would be interesting to see them just offer the parts and see how creative and inventive their consumers get. I wouldn't mind ordering pieces at a discount and creating my own rack so to speak.
Anyone want to start a lego fitness company with me?

Hell yeah. You can get ripped, like this guy...

In all seriousness you can order just individual parts, just email/call Rogue and get a quote. Obviously this is not as cheap as buying one of their already made racks/rigs

funny, Edge Fitness just posted this to their FB page:
"This unit is shown with our universal (will fit most racks) rack version Reverse Hyper. One thing unique, is our sleeved designed enables you to install the unit at different angles. This feature as far as we know is available only to units costing over $2000. We have value priced this at $375.00. Once set up, it can be installed and removed in a just a few minutes. The same components are used on this unit as our others and it comes with a comfortable wrap around pad that won't dig into your hips."

I have alot of ironmaster stuff and at some point will get their kettle bells but how come I feel like instead of me mastering the iron I feel like its mastering me? LOL :D.
Looks like he makes really nice stuff...and 200$ less than Rogue...and does not require side pins which most R-3 users dont even have. Nice work Edge!
He does make good stuff, I have that rev hyper attachment....but I don't use it much. I like it and it works well, its just a pain to set up. I paid $350 for mine, but it was one of his first ones and I got it over a year and a half ago.
Here's the thread I reviewed it in, with a video of me using it in my Elite cage:
Look at the first pic, see how you can get your feet under the crossovers if you were squatting or deadlifting. That makes it a sumo rack.
It surprises me how many people refuse to buy equipment from Elitefts because its too expensive but they will buy equipment from their competitors, then continue to go on EFS website regulary to educate themselves for FREE
Picked up my Edge unit today. He makes units that go into a power rack, but in my opinion, this is the way to go
looks nice, do you know if he ships them?
