Hey brahs,
I've never taken creatine, but I am on a bulk for the winter and I'm wondering if it something I should look into?
What are the benefits? Risks? Is it going to help me build muscle (with proper diet)?
This is actually my first bulk since I started lifting two years ago.
Stats
179lbs
Bench 225x3
Squat 225x8
DL 205x8
BF 13% up from 10%
