So I stalled at 170 for 2 weeks straight with 3700 calories; I even lost a little. So I bumped it up to 4000 a day. Now 4 weeks later I'm already up to 181! I appear to have the same definition around my body and don't really notice any excess fat gains. My skinfold caliper measurements are the same. I don't know how I'm gaining so much weight. I am eating a bit more sodium from eating out more frequently; maybe that's it? Anyway, my activity level is near the same. And if you're wondering, yes I do count macros and weigh my food and I know for a fact I'm consuming 4000 a day. Any advice on what I should do with my diet?
