Right now I'm running a slow clut (~400 cal deficit) workout 6x/week doing a push/pull/legs split w/ core work on my leg days. My lifts are pretty fuking pathetic which has made me wonder if I should even be cutting. I guess it's a case of FFB syndrome, but I'm doing this after bulking for nearly 2 years after a bout with anorexia (bottomed out at 128 at my current height). Basically trying to trim the fat I gained from that and see what I have under (I guess not much ). Anyway I want to know what you guys have me bf% wise and if I should keep cutting or start bulking. Right now I want to at least keep cutting until the new year before even considering bulking.

Yeah I've been constantly changing it over the past 2 years but I've been doing the big 3 lifts for less than a year. If I included those lifts along with the 5x5 setup I have now while also in a surplus I agree I could have been bigger like you said.
Thanks for the advice, if anybody has more opinions that'd be cool. The bf% guesses so far match my caliper measurements from about a month ago at a couple pounds heavier (15%)Oakland Raiders--Toronto Raptors--Toronto Blue Jays--San Jose Sharks

I'd cut down to 12 percent if I were you. You're currently 16-17 percent or so and even 5 months of bulking can get you to 20-22% percent. That's fat and unhealthy. Lean individuals also add more muscle than fat when bulking than fatter ones.
You don't have much muscle but try to lose 1.3lb per week for another 2.5-3 months before bulking. Getting lean first is always a good idea unless you are severely underweight.
