    What are you strongest at?

    My legs definitely seem like the strongest part of my body.

    I feel pretty strong on leg day.

    Whereas my arms and chest feel pretty weak. Back and shoulders definitely could be better too.

    I don't really know how I can compare back and chest. I can bench 180lbs yet only bent over row 130lbs yet my chest looks like **** compared to my back atm.

    Genetically, legs are my strongest point. But through much training, I've even pronounced my weak areas into strong ones, while somewhat neglecting the genetically gifted areas like legs or back for the last year... now everything is falling into good proportion.

    Chest.

    My family has great benching mechanics I guess, my dad had a 365lbs bench max, 380lb squat and 405lbs deadlift, and no, he wasn't an upper body warrior, he just was never good at those exercises.

    I find myself similar to him, my bench progresses well, as do front squats for me, but deadlift I suck at

    Even though I just started working out i can see my back is my strongest. I cant more than 80lbs, I bench 95lbs but I pullup 140lbs.

    My delts. I have a pretty hefty 275 bench but I can only dumbell press 85-90's on flat or incline.. I can DB shoulder press 95's for 8 and Military Press 135x10 (12 is my PR)

    Legs for sure. I haven't been able to consistently squat or deadlift because of my herniated disc, but my legs get stronger regardless. Shoulders/Traps are a close second, as they are strong despite my disregard for isolating them until recently. My chest and arms are my weakest.

    so you can dumbbell press 190 lbs 8 times but can barbell press only 135 lbs 10 times.
