My legs definitely seem like the strongest part of my body.
I feel pretty strong on leg day.
Whereas my arms and chest feel pretty weak. Back and shoulders definitely could be better too.

Chest.
My family has great benching mechanics I guess, my dad had a 365lbs bench max, 380lb squat and 405lbs deadlift, and no, he wasn't an upper body warrior, he just was never good at those exercises.
I find myself similar to him, my bench progresses well, as do front squats for me, but deadlift I suck at~Jesus Christ Is My Savior Crew~

Hey I just met you. And this is crazy. But today is chest day. So spot me maybe?

My chest. Ever since my motorcylce wreck ive been neglecting legs. i can still squat more than I bench, but my chest feels a lot more powerful.
