    No Bicep Gains

    I'll start by giving you some back story. I'm 19. I began working out at start of the year, January 2nd to be exact. The main reason I started was because I was getting far too overweight. I was 293lbs, fortunately I've lost 55lbs as of today which brings me too 238lbs. I've been lifting since I starting exercising and I noticed some crazy changes everywhere besides one area, my biceps. No matter what I do I can't add strength or muscle to them. And believe me I have tried quite a few things.

    Super sets, drops sets, pyramid sets, high reps, low reps, high sets, low sets. Using barbells, dumbbells, and even cables. Also compound and isolation exercises. As well as a lot of different combinations. But none of these seem to work. After 11 months of lifting you would think I should be seeing some results and I have but like I said, in every area besides my biceps. So if I'm having gains in all the other muscle groups why not my biceps? I hope you guys can help, it will be greatly appreciated. Also, if I need to give more info I'd be more than happy to.

    My current bicep routine.

    12x4 Standing Dumbbell Curls (Alternating 20 reps total, 10 each arm)
    12x4 Seated Incline Hammer Curls
    12x2 Dumbbell Preacher Curl

    I personally do more volume than that and that's when I see some better results typically

    Thanks for the feed back, for some reason I had 10 reps in the OP. I usually do 12 and at the most 15 reps.
