Started lifting about a year ago weighed 235 now im at 170,
i feel like i have floaters around my waist lol.. Ive seen Some Muscle gains but i want to maximize my gains..
Right now im in a caloric Deficit Diet, should i cut down a bit more like around 160 and then bulk?
Help plz

Just eat every 2.5 hrs high protein and very clean, lift heavy and hard, squat dead lift all the compound movements, when you get around 190 you'll have a good idea of what you need to compensate with either a clean bulk or more cutting, still a ways from dedicating to either. But that's just my opinion

Nice work on the the weight loss and wanting to improve. If you are wanting to make the most gains you should clean bulk and work in some cardio. If you were to go on a 10% surplus for 6 months you should be able to puton some good mass aswell as burn away some of that belly fat. just remeber CLEAN bulk

I think you should find the calorie amount that you wont gain or lose any weight. Then add an additional 10% to that. Make sure it is good healthy foods. High protein is always good when you want to rebuild those muscles. regualar light cardio after each workout and a couple times a week intense cardio should help to burn that fat
