Started lifting about a year ago weighed 235 now im at 170,
i feel like i have floaters around my waist lol.. Ive seen Some Muscle gains but i want to maximize my gains..
Right now im in a caloric Deficit Diet, should i cut down a bit more like around 160 and then bulk?
P,s i know im Phat ass Fackkkkk
