thanks . I eat pretty much anything i crave in the week but in moderation. But i still eat my proteins...

I can testify to this since we started training together a couple months ago.
We are both natty and in the gym 6 days a week training and dieting like animals. If you don't believe the results or whatnot, that's your prerogative but to come in here try to stir up **** is pretty infantile. Instead, spend less time on here or the misc and go in the weight room and lift.
