Nice job man. I also started out looking similar to your before picture. About 190lbs 20%BF. Gross.
Im 5-ish months in on a proper bulk with 100% dedication to training and i am seeing similar results. Currently at 185lbs 13%BF. This transformation is 100% possible if you train properly and eat enough. Expecting to look similar to you in august-ish.
Also. Are the pics taken with a pump? And what diet(s) did you use to cut down?

This is so stupid. DO any of you really think this is a real time frame?? ESPECIALLY NATTY?? I've seen some amazing things transformation wise and even with gear this is hard to believe.
No respect at all given. Yes hard work is hard work but dont tell people it took 10 months to go from over 25% bf to under 8% WHILE gaining 15-20lbs of LBM natural. It gives people a distorted point of view and they get demotivated when they dont see results ANYWHERE like yorus.

This is the thing, there are people like you who like to have excuse to never, ever change and put minimal effort if there is any on their training and diet! There are people on the other hand, that puts all the effort to get to their goals and make changes. Trust me, I don't need your respect at all. I know what i did. You don't want to beleive it, than keep your ****ty opinion to yourself.
