All the exercises are 3 dropdowns, when it says 10's it means i do 10 rep of the highest weight i can to reach 1o then i take another weight for another 10 rep and another weight for 10 rep... and i do this again for 8 rep....

well your workout looks beast i cant do that workout due to my work schedule.... i work 24 on 24 off 24 on 24 off 24 on then 96 off, so my workout is a upper lower split but you are definetly putting in the work, about your nutrition how many calories are you eating a day with all that added up???

It depends. on the high carb day, it is around 2400 and the low carb day is about 1800 calories
