what was happening and how did you pick yourself up?

i'm going through rock bottom right now. this all happened within the last 2 months

- lost all contact with friends, my fault
- turned down a job
- fuked up my nose from an unprovoked fight
- stopped lifting, lost loads of gains
- 1itis ends it with me
- have only left the house 3 times within the last 3 weeks
- gone from feeling like a sick kunt to a loser

Second DUI, was on probation, no career prospects, out of shape, GF of three years dumped me for another dude. Went to jail for three months. Was really thinking of doing some stupid ****. But took a ****ty situation and turned it around. Left the country and went to school in my homeland. Hit the gym and got cut up. Took up jitz again. In the end it all worked out.

Breaking up with my gf of 5 years - got absolutely wrecked with booze at a gay club, found by gay friends outside crying in a bus stop, taken to after hours club, dropped E, did countless lines of coke and K and whatever else people were handing me, fell down a fight of concrete stairs shirtless, walked home at 8am with no shirt on bleeding because i was too high to figure out how to get it back on, called my dad crying around 8:15am, just remember him saying "You need to get home right now"... Rough night

I was 220 lbs smoked weed all day in my friend who I didnt even really likes room. We used to just sit around smoking and doing lots of Acid all the time and I was terribly depressed. Most of my friends had moved away for school while I was back home because my financial aid fell through and I was basically sitting around jobless for 8 months and hated myself. Ate too much lsd one night and my mom walked in the room freaking out because I was obviously on something, realized how chitty my life was and how repulsed I was with my own physical state so I started lifting found the misc and /fit/ and 2 years later here I am. Edit Also got a job and have had it for the past 2.5 years and life is indefinitely better.

I was in the same position. I live in the country so I was basically stranded without a car with no internet connection. My friend lived down the road from me so I just went over there so I didnt have to sit at home.
