    Wink Favorite Rear Delt Exercise?

Just wondering which one you guys like to do.
I saw a video of Jim Cordova doing DB rear delt rows and decided to try it. Nice exercise.

My personal favorite is the reverse flies on the pec deck machine.
In addition to being an amazing body builder (LOL), I'm also a rapper.

When I have a pronated grip on the machine reverse fly it hurts deep in my shoulder, but with a neutral grip it feels decent.

Rear delt flys are my favorite. Face pulls are decent, but I feel them work more in my lateral deltoid. ??

upright rows are the exact opposite of a rear delt exercise

either rear delt rows or one-arm cable rear delt flies
    SQ: 225x5 (High-bar ATG)
    DL: 295x5/315x1

"Many basic or compound exercises (e.g. squat, bench press, etc.) have a bell shaped resistance curves or shift the resistance through multiple muscle groups throughout the exercise's range of motion allowing the muscles to momentarily relax between repetitions. This period of momentary relaxation between repetitions allows greater opportunity for momentary blood flow permitting the clearing of acid accumulation."

what about barbell standing 45 degree bent row?
The muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.

Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

I do do rear delt flyes with dumbbells lying face down on an incline bench. Saves my lower back some grief.
Then I do them again with cables in the cable crossover machine.

For myself, I feel it most directly with stiff-armed kickbacks. Lean over a bench and position yourself like you're going to do a regular kickback but let your arm hang straight down. Keep your arm straight through the whole movement and take it all the way back and resist on the way back down.
