Dumbbell raises front and side lateral raises. Personally i start at the highest weight I can and do 6-8 of each. As I move down the rack I increase reps....hurts sooo good!

Get big or die trying
Side presses and hitting shoulders twice a week brought them up from my weakest to one of my strongest points. Learned about them from the Diamond Delts thread:

Easy.
Go balls to the wall on Upright Rows and Side Lateral Raises. This will give you boulder delts as long as you are at least frequently Incline Pressing + doing Rear Delts.

I love Face Pulls, not only do they hit your Rear Delts they actually are one of the best for Interior Delts too.
I am not a fan of Behind the Neck Barbell Press, but I heard its the bomb for Interior Delts.

I love dumbbell shoulder presses (go as deep as you can), but I haven't done them lately because they do a number on my elbows. Face pulls or rear delt flyes are great for the rear delts, and you can't go wrong with side lateral raises for the side delts. I like doing side laterals one armed to take out any momentum.

Heavy barbell military presses are untouchable for me. I have to be very careful with seated db presses now, because I detached part of my upper right pec doing them a couple years ago.
When I was making some of the best gains for my shoulders I was doing 2 mass builders, and then following up with db side, front and rear raises as more of a toning exercise.

Behind the neck press, if I had to pick just one. But I don't do just one, let's just say.

DB military Press 8-10 reps and seated side lateral raises 12-15 reps.
I did side raises twice a week, once on shoulder day, once on back day because they were lagging and it really helped my shoulders size.

I do front db raises cuz I can't press with a triceps tendon injury. Also lateral db raises and bent over db side raises. At 5 rep maxes for each of these I'm coming along pretty well. I would add military press but again the tendon so no pressing for a while.
