^^ Putting on some decent size...also staying much leaner now that I use the mini cut method
want to improve on my quads and calfs and add size to that area..also been training my chest twice a week and that has been working wonders

Yes! on the first chest workout for the week..I focus more on strenght and power while maintaining good form..and the second chest workout..its completely hypertrophic...im focusing more on sqeezing and negatives#ShreddedSociety
