The first 2 months I was counting calories wrong, but I noticed I was getting thicker in arms and chest while my stomach was getting smaller due to the fact I was working out and I was losing 1lb a week for the first 3 months. Once I lowered my calorie untake to 1900-2000 and bought a food scale I lost 3 lbs the first week and 2lbs a week after that so I guess I found my sweet spot middle of month 3

Smart man, that's the way to do it. It'll be a good feeling when you can start doing pullups.

lol yea I`m thinking about cutting to 180-200 range or until I feel satisfied then do a slow bulk to 215-220, and then cut back down to 190-200. I see this being a 3 year process, but once I get down to my goal weight with the first cut it might not take too long to do the other stuff. Lol I`m trying to be the Black Zyzz no homo

Great job man!! Keep it up!!!

Don't understand the problem with loose skin though. Let's put it this way: your skin has stretched for x centimeters and skin can stretch back a max of x cm per day/month/ whatever. Why does it matter if you lose the fat first and let the loose skin stretch back for a indetermined period of time until it's all good again.
Is a person not delaying it's best results in term of fat loss for loose skin that has it's own rythm to strech back to normal????

Don't understand the problem with loose skin though. Let's put it this way: your skin has stretched for x centimeters and skin can stretch back a max of x cm per day/month/ whatever. Why does it matter if you lose the fat first and let the loose skin stretch back for a indetermined period of time until it's all good again.
Is a person not delaying it's best results in term of fat loss for loose skin that has it's own rythm to strech back to normal????
Exactly. I'm no expert, but this just makes common sense.

Excellent work man, keep it up. Definitely inspirational. Also, IMO loose skin wont look any worse than the belly fat. May even shrink quicker if there is less fat it it's way. broscience ftw.

I know I wont be as bad as someone who lost like 200 lbs in a yea or some crap, but does bulking get the loose skin back to normal or the skin repairs it self?
