Keep pushing through with all that volume, should definitely pay off. Upright rows with the straight bar are definitely one of my go to exercises, I think you're ready to up the weight on that one, hitting 10 reps on all of your sets. As you increase the lbs. make sure to keep your shoulder tight throughout the lift, shoulders are pretty sensitive so if you let the weight down in a free fall between reps your susceptible to a lot of little tweaks and pains.
Yea i tore the labrum in both shoulders about 7 years ago when swimming in HS. have always pushed through the pain till last year when it got too bad. Making huge progress though! Thanks for the advice as well!

I've been very fortunate as far as injuries go in my life. I broke my foot in a car accident about 5 years ago. I have some pins and screws in my foot. It doesn't bother me at luckily.

keep it up and sorry for the injury in hs - the last few years have been terrible here too, 3rd degree sprain (tore all ligaments) in my right ankle, tore a tendon in my back, tweeked left knee forever, and an injured metacarpal left thumb (which will not heal up at all).

Not exactly following the m-f training days but still getting in my 5 workouts a week. monday and tuesday were off days So we'll pick up with Wednesday! Usually do arms on a seperate day but broke it up and added it to chest and back to get back on somewhat of a normal schedule, however Christmas will be messing that up next week!

The Nano Vapor is killin it. Just clean smooth energy. The nice part is even though I mostly do my workouts at night I can still fall asleep fairly easy after the workout. I go back and forth between one and 2 scoops but went 3 on chest day and was killin it! I certainly can't complain at this point! Still experimenting with water amount to get a taste, little bitter and strong sometimes but nothing bad by any means. Solid product!

Congratulations on the not sure 145 PR! I'm really liking the Nano also. 2 scoops go real well in 24 ounces.

Great christmas indeed. I got a fishing kayak, so my workout the past two days was a paddle session. logged about 3 miles each day. No fish...haha

Went easy with shoulder day adding reps not weight. With my swim test a month out I want to maintain and really work on a foundation before I start going bigger. It's felt good but I don't want to push it before the test. After i recert I'll start putting more weight and testing the shoulders!
Sunday and Monday were off days. Got a kayak on Christmas so I ended up going for a paddle/fish session for Christmas and the next day. Logged around 3 miles each day and got a good shoulder burn...shoulda brought the nano vapor to see how long i could hold a steady paddle for. No fish were caught though Gonna knock out an arm session today with some legs tomorrow. Going to get back to my m-f schedule next week, I felt better when I was on a more strict schedule.

Wanted to make sure I get up a review of the New Anabolic Halo sample I received earlier in December. Thanks to MuscleTech for the sample! I received one packet of chocolate flavor Anabolic Halo, and man was this amazing. Took it post workout with 16oz of water(suggests 10). Mixed well with no clumping and this stuff tasted freaking awesome! The profile of this stuff is awesome. 40g of protein, BCAAs, creatine, and post workout recovery. I took mine post workout and woke up the next day feeling great. I normally take a protein and post workout supplement but this covers the bases. I think it's a solid product and i'll considering using it in place of a few of my current supplements. Based upon the taste, ease of mixing, profile of the product and benefit of multiple products in 1, it's a 10/10 product in my opinion and definitely worth using!

I was also a Beta Tester for this product, and it was awesome! I really liked the flavor, mixability, ingredient profile, etc. The only down fall was the price. It is pretty high considering you only get about two weeks worth of product. I do realize it takes the place of a ton of indvidual products, but I just don't have that kind of money at the moment. I would recommend for someone who could afford it though.

Tis a sad time I measured it out last night and i've got just enough for 2 more days of workouts going 3 scoops on each! I flipped the week a bit seeing I was low and saved legs for tonight and chest for tomorrow! I'll have up tonights workout tomorrow morning and tomorrows up on saturday along with a final thoughts review. It's been right at a month since I started using Nano Vapor and it's been a huge boost!
