homemade protein bars. the "4 protein" bars homemade. take four cups of protein, four scoops of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) and 4 tbs of peanut butter. mix the dry oats and protein than throw the 4 tbs of peanut butter in microwave for a about 30 seconds mix all together and use milk if you need more liquid to mend it, dont use to much milk or they will be mushy
