    homemade protein bars. the "4 protein" bars homemade. take four cups of protein, four scoops of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) and 4 tbs of peanut butter. mix the dry oats and protein than throw the 4 tbs of peanut butter in microwave for a about 30 seconds mix all together and use milk if you need more liquid to mend it, dont use to much milk or they will be mushy

    Seconded on PB. My favourite bulking snack is 2 cups of 2% milk and a scoop of whey. 37g of protein and 400 calories.
