That's a lot of supps, if you have so much money for them you should spend it on food. Id personally replace the c4 with WF or Craze, Cell Mass = no thanks, extend = good, mass gainer = make your own, protein fine if you like it.

3-5g creatine/day, no need to take more than that or 4-5x week if you're already saturated.
Xtend is a good BCAA/Intraworkout, make sure diet/training are in check.

Best way to get out of a plateau is to change up your workouts. Encorporate techniques like, "HIIT 100" aka "10x10 workout", Training to and past failure, Drop sets, "negatives" once you reach failure have a spotter lift weight and let you do the negative.
As for the supps they are all good choices. In my personal preferences:
multi: Orange triad
Inta: Aminocore (111 servings) is cheaper than xtend per serve and get MORE bcaas. Who cares about glutamine and stuff in xtend IMO Aminocore > Xtend
Protein: Combat powder. Unless your a pro-builder you will not notice .5kg extra per 6 months for a $20 increase per tub Go for MP Combat Powder - cheapest for superior quality, has a time release blend of proteins best of all worlds, is #1 atm and simply awesome tasting (cookies n cream)
Mass Gainer: JUST DO NOT OKAY! better results with food (NOT KIDDING) just add egg, peanut butter, oats, etc to you shakes you will see better results. + HELL CHEAPER.
Recommendations:
Creatine!!!! Take mono or micronised. Superior forms like HCL are 'more absorbent so you take less for a higher price'. Why not take more of the cheaper product and get the same results LOL? It ends up in the same place. Maybe BBING micronised creatine. Take whenever. IMO i prefer to have 3/4 pre workout (stays in your blood steam around 1.5hrs) and then creatine stores are replaced as i workout, then 1/4 after. 5g/day.
Beta-alanine for endurance if you Reeeallly think you need it.
Green tea extract for cutting and general health. (BBING green tea take 3-4 caps a day spread out) For max absorption take with something with vit. C e.g. orange juice or vitamin c tablets

sups are like 10% of the way. The rest is food and your training regime.

Other than the fact you may not be consuming enough calories, here are my suggestions:
Multi - AOR Orthocore, Controlled Labs Orange Tirad
Pre Workout - iForce Maximize Intense, AllMax Razor 8, Controlled Labs White Flood, SNS Focus XT
Creatine - AllMax Creapure
Intraworkout (if you have the extra funds, if not, I'd skip out) - iForce Compete, Nimbus Nutrition Poseidon
Protein - Plethora of choices, my favorites are Trutein, Protean (iForce), UP 2.0 from XF
Mass Gainer (only if you can't consume enough calories throughout the day/don't want to make your own) - MHP Up Your Mass, Scivation Mass Gainer
