Is the slingshot by mark bell worth it. Looking for personal expirence from anyone who has used one. Will it increase my bench. I asked all these things in another thread but because people couldn't open their eye holes and read it got shut down for apparently being incoherent

If used in a proper training protocol it could help be a part of you making progress on the bench. But could hardly flat out say buy this product and it will increase your bench.
