I have read about the guillotine press and how its supposed to be one of the best upper pec exercises out there, but I was unsure about some of the negatives of it
1. Can you do it on incline?
2. Wouldn't it put alot of stress on ur front delts moreso than ur upper pecs?
3. Are you supposed to progress on it like u do with incline bench press?
4. how many sets do u use it for
