    Guillotine press

I have read about the guillotine press and how its supposed to be one of the best upper pec exercises out there, but I was unsure about some of the negatives of it

    1. Can you do it on incline?

    2. Wouldn't it put alot of stress on ur front delts moreso than ur upper pecs?

    3. Are you supposed to progress on it like u do with incline bench press?

    4. how many sets do u use it for

    1. Why would you want to? Just do it on flat bench.
    2. No.
    3. You can...
    4. Usually last, so only 2 with a burnout third.

The guillotine press is actually a lower chest exercise except you are limited with the amount of weight you can use and are at a much higher risk of shoulder injury.

U shouldn't do it on incline because if ur using proper form ur basically already coming to that area. I did it on flat for a awhile and got real good gains try it out 3-5 sets 8-12 reps it works I heard knuckle draggers have shoulder pains while doing them

Use simple logic. All the guillotine press is is flat bench press with bad form.
