A supplement you bought and just hated, or all of a sudden of sick of and didnt finish. Ive done this a couple times and when I think about it, i think of everything else I could have bought with the money.
I have so many half bottles of stuff I say I'll just finish later. here are just a few of them.
c4 2011- stim dick, g/f started crying, went off for a week and was back in action. good stuff though.
VPX friction- this is my latest. 37 bucks, taken 13 to 14 servings. It gets me through a workout, i like the 5 grams of creatine. the BA is there but I feel it like for a minute on on lift.
bad headaches, energized but painful to get through a workout.. //could change, depending on the last 15 days of usage.
Max Muscle FBX- pre workout. expensive and 1/3 of what most intras do.

LOL if you think I forwarded your libelous post to someone for a fact check. OMG you really need help.
I'm starting to think that between you and the OP he is the smart one!
You continuously libel myself and my company and I have not once encouraged a bogus claim against anyone - not once. I questioned someone who made some very serious allegations for proof and facts, then said I truly hoped it weren't true, then opened the way for you to immediately refute them which you have not done in any way.
You mentioned a ONE TIME isolated incident a few years ago, he mentioned MORE than one incident and that it was still currently going on.
Which is it??
Again re-read what I wrote. Try it very very slowly this time and hopefully with even the minimal intellectual horsepower you roll with you can figure it out.

Lately....none that I can recall..
Alot of suggestions and information from many of the board members here have been helpful in steering me and others to the right direction/supplements.
However, 9-10 months worth of samples from the Arnold Expo (2011) was a real eye opener on which supplement/product/brand is legit and which arent

just out of curiosity because you keep harping on this like a little girl, what do you mix your protein only shakes in? I ask because no one I know (the sensible ones anyway) drinks (or even eats for that matter) protein ONLY at a meal. One would combine the protein with either a carb/fiber source or a (preferably healthy EFA) fat source - or both... No one would/should sit there and only eat or drink straight protein. You seem so concerned about having some sort of rebuttal that you are left with no actual counter argument except the macros which is a non-argument because as said you wouldn't consume only protein and even if you wanted to you would also have the option of UP1 a pure protein formula which has entirely outclassed the protein you rave about since way before it was even in existence!

Just for reference sake, I'm 7.5% BF torso and 11% on my legs. Biceps 13 1/4".
I used a full body Dexa composition Xray to measure so no calipers or guess work on BF. Pretty hard to drop BF and put on muscle, I've managed to do it though careful dieting and fasted morning cardio.
Biggest gains seen were through changing diet, I now carb cycle and ensure that I'm getting good fats through fish oil, flax seed e.t.cNo one cared who I was before I put on the calves.

Haha this ****ing guy. I couldn't give a **** what they think about my meal. Most of the people on this site need their moms to cook their meals or if they could cook, the only thing they could cook up is a ****ing streak with a potateo. I might not be rolling in money but I got unlimited stacks of swag and creativity. Been living on my own since I was 16 years old doing part-time while in school. I'm 19 now and 99% of the misc wouldn't even know the start of struggle. Me, I earned my swag and learned how to do things on my own. They talk **** like they could do better when in reality, they wouldn't even know how to turn on a damn microwave. Haha

If it gets water contamination it will get hard. Store it in a cool dry place, or if you live in a very humid environment, your fridge.
It is unflavored, I wouldnt recommend taking it alone...toss it in something like Green Mag or Purple Wraath and you are good to go flavor wise.Controlled Labs Warder

Its not normal for it to be rock hard. If it isnt discolored, crush it up with a fork.
The trick for glycergrow to work well is to take in a lot of water around the time you take it. I do 3 scoops preworkout.
It does not mix well, swish before every drink. I just tend to swish, gulp, swish, gulp. Then push water throughout my workout.Controlled Labs Warder

Liquid amino acids from back in the day. Supposedly "Cherry flavored", but tasted how I imagine cough syrup, puke and filthy aquarium water would if mixed together. Found out later that they made it by throwing anything from the slaughter houses that couldn't be used (hooves, lips, God knows what else) into a vat filled with emzymes and then liquified. Toss in some "Cherry" flavoring, and ta-da! Disgusting, but we pounded it as it was the only thing available for a time where we were.
