Destroy Everything- Hatebreed
Defeatist- Hatebreed
Let's Do This Now- Korn

Those are just a couple that I love to listen to before lifting (especially destroy everything).
I can handle pain, it's regret that I can't stand.

it may be chick rock, but Blood by In This Moment is pretty sick. My repeat song right now when I start to struggle towards the end of a workout.

check out, "The Browning." Just stumbled on these guys a little while ago they're great. it's a bit hard (i like that though), but they really have their own sound. i can go
through their whole cd while i work out. its nice not having to replay the same thing over and over again. Lyrics are good too. "Ashamed" hits home.
All That Remains
As I Lay Dying
Chevelle
Killswitch Engage - AWESOME. I prefer their 2 most recent albums with Howard on vocals - "As Daylight Dies" and self title "Killswitch Engage" (2009 album not 2000).
Another group that I can let the whole cd play. Great lyrics too.
