    Bulk Or Cut ??? Pictures

    5 ft 7 176 lbs

    Bench 205lbs x5

    squat 245 lbs x6

    body fat don't know , i dont have a big belly or beer belly so im guessing 17% bodyfat

    Should i cut now or keep on bulking for more mass what do you guys think?

    Been bulking for 3 months now

    start on a long slow bulk, clearly you don't know how to diet and cutting learning by cutting wouldn't be the best choice at your bf%, I would much rather put a little extra fat on rather then lose muscle experimenting with proper diet at first

    thanks for the advice , I don't mind bulking up a little , its winter here so i don't mind being a lil fat, but i most definitely will start cutting in january

    I have never seen my 6 pack to begin with so im hella sure comfortable with a little belly , and besides i dont feel fat at all , i feel very swollen , im thinking maybe bulk till january than cut ?
