start on a long slow bulk, clearly you don't know how to diet and cutting learning by cutting wouldn't be the best choice at your bf%, I would much rather put a little extra fat on rather then lose muscle experimenting with proper diet at first

You could cut if you want, you most def have some mass under there and it wouldn't take long to reveal it at your current weight and fat ratio.
thanks for the advice , I don't mind bulking up a little , its winter here so i don't mind being a lil fat, but i most definitely will start cutting in january
if you are comfortable with a little belly, you can bulk a little then cut.
I have never seen my 6 pack to begin with so im hella sure comfortable with a little belly , and besides i dont feel fat at all , i feel very swollen , im thinking maybe bulk till january than cut ?
