I want to start off saying nothing is impossible. im 19 years old. my whole life ive been so skinny. As a sophomore in High school i was playing soccer and collided with the goalie breaking my kneecap in half. and tearing my meniscus. On the way to the hospital the EMT messed my iv up by putting it in the wrong place. at the time nothing was wrong. about a week later with a cast my arm was completely black with striations. i was rushed to the er and turned out i had staph really bad. it had ate through all the muscle in my left arm and was working on the bone. Doctors said i was days from getting it amputated. they gave me anabiotics and put it in a cast to stop the spread. so i had a cast on my left leg and left arm. i was like that for 9 months. not able to do a thing. well i get it all off and the first thing i do a day later is go to the skate park. of course the worst thing had to happen. i fell and shattered my knuckles in my left hand and broke my fingers. i ended up getting a half arm cast and i needed surgery. spo i was in casts all through highschool. I had surgery on my hand and got pins put in my fingers. well heres more bad news. The doctors forgot to put gauze on between and my fingers started to rot. They fixed it but i had that hand cast for 7 months. imagine how skinny i could be. i was 6 feet tall weighing at 130. I got everything off by senior year and i couldnt even grip a weight. i gave up. went through senior being a stick. Right after i graduated i wanted to change. remake myself. i didnt care how hard it would be. i worked my ass off. Pure dedication. i graduated at 135 pounds and 6 months later i am now weighing at 165. I want everyone who reads this to know that no matter what happens in your life, you still have what it takes to change. i made my self a diet and a workout. i busted my ass for nobody but me and i strive for more. the top picture is in may at 135 and the bottoms are now at 165

Good job man!!
If you don’t have a dream… then you have nothing to work for… nothing to get up in the morning for… No reason.. and no purpose to be. but friends we do have a dream and dreams do come true not because we keep believing but we keep Working Hard. -Kai Greene
