Motivation Needed
Does anyone have a particular person/pic that I could look to for motivation. I want to print it out a picture of an athletic person to provide motivation for those days when I don't want to go to the gym.

Not sure if you are trolling. Motivation comes from within. Forget about pics, unless you are looking at pron, and get your ass in the gym. With hard work and dedication, you may be surprised at the transformation you made in one month.

Motivation is the looks you get from your wife/girlfriend and other women that start to notice you, but it should come from within you to push yourself for you.
If you can't motivate yourself, then you've got a long hard road ahead of poor gains, if any.

my moitvation is myself getting to the gym,and also my other motivation are The Greatest RocknRoll band in the world The Rolling Stones,They gave 2 fantastic shows at the London 02 now if they can get up on stage and perform for 2 and ahalf hours on stage then i can go to the gym and train hard.
You cant always get what you want,but if you try sometimes you just might find you get what you need.
