From dealing with a skin condition to being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, maintaining a healthy weight has been a struggle. Now I'm more knowledgeable on health and more committed than ever. My brother has convinced me to do a show with him so I'm going hard now. Don't let nothing hold you back.

212 to about 155-157 right now. I dropped from 212 to 158 from March to August 2011. Last year I kind of fell off with being sick and just recently got back into. I started this school semester at about 172 23.3% body fat, now at about 155 right now 13% fat. Just really building muscle right now.
