212 to about 155-157 right now. I dropped from 212 to 158 from March to August 2011. Last year I kind of fell off with being sick and just recently got back into. I started this school semester at about 172 23.3% body fat, now at about 155 right now 13% fat. Just really building muscle right now. Haven't started doing cardio the weight is just falling off from the clean diet but thanks man.
