European short courses on nutrition, training & breathing.

Hello guys,

Ive been pondering on this for a while and I have come to a conclusion that I wanna do what I love in life. I have huge love for nutrition, fitness & related. I've been looking online on how to get accredited and learn proper stuff.

With so many schools, academies & institutions offering courses (I am looking for short courses as I'm constantly traveling and don't see online courses as a very reliable option for me). Is there any of those you guys recommend? I am based in Europe and around London would be perfect.

It would be an amazing help if anyone from the UK would be able to help, I am really interested in short courses (on which I can keep on building upon with time, so starting from the basics ideally) in Nutrition, Training & Stress/ Breathing Related (Meditation maybe) Short Courses.

Also, is there anywhere I can check the credibility & reputation of an institution which is offering these courses? I am really lost. Especially regarding the Breathing/ Stress Management courses, of which I couldn't find anything yet.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I am getting frustrated looking around & having no clue
