    will this addition to my workout give me any size gains?

    im doing a texas method type workout
    monday volume
    wednesday light day
    friday personal record

    now i was wondering on wednesday if i switched my sets from 3 sets of 5 to like 5 sets of 10 with lighter weights do you think i would notice more size gains.
