I think its okay, 2 workouts are always better then 1 lame one. but not sure if its a good idea to do the same workout routine every time..over..and over..and over.. and over..
I always try to change my routine once in a while so my muscles dont get used to the same movements i make while training ( i dont know if this good but i enjoy it this way(my oppinion))
Maybe a little more varitation?
