    Question hows my chest routine ?

    flat bb 3 sets 8-10
    flat db 2 sets 10
    incline bb 2 sets 10
    incline db 3 sets 8-10
    flys 3 sets 15 with push ups to failure

    hows it?

    eh. i would do either one or the other for all not both...personally i like DB better ROM and doesnt bother my elbows.

    But add in decline...or incline/decline fly's... remember doing cable flys when cables come from top the works lower pec and when cables are at bottom that works upper chest.

    I think its okay, 2 workouts are always better then 1 lame one. but not sure if its a good idea to do the same workout routine every time..over..and over..and over.. and over..
    I always try to change my routine once in a while so my muscles dont get used to the same movements i make while training ( i dont know if this good but i enjoy it this way(my oppinion))
    Maybe a little more varitation?

    How about : (progressivly increasing on each set)
    Incline (bb or db choose one) 3*8-12
    Flat 3*6-10
    Incline cable flys 3*12-15 (drop set on last set)
    Pec deck 2*12-15
    Dips supersetted with modified push-ups : 3*failure
    ++ Positive Crew ++
    *Misc Cologne Crew*

    way to much volume and doing the same exercise twice is ineffective. try this.

    heavy flat bb
    some incline movement
    accessory movement(like flies/pec dec/pushups/decline movements)

    I agree its a good idea to change things up. I just recently switched to the dumbbell bench bc barbell was really bother my shoulders. I get a better ROM out of the dumbbell too. I've always like dips for building the chest.

    Not bad, I would swap out the flys for dips though.
    5'10 170lbs, ~8-10% BF, bulking to ~180.
